Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Payments All payments made to Savannah Ever After are non-refundable. Once a booking is secured, preparations - including staffing, officiant scheduling, photography time, location coordination, and vendor commitments - begin immediately. These arrangements can not be reversed; therefore, payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Marriage License Requirement Clients are responsible for obtaining a valid Georgia marriage license before their scheduled appointment (see Georgia marriage laws here). Failure to present a valid marriage license and ID for both parties prevents the legal solemnization of marriage, but payment remains non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule you ceremony one time at no additional costs within 12 months of your original date. Your request must be 14 days prior to your ceremony date and the new date must be available. See Terms of Service for additional reservation details.
